We applied the same teardown to the executive market — medical longevity clinics, executive-health programs, and luxury burnout recovery. The headline: the "high-functioning burnout" wedge we own is more crowded here, and the leaders prove their claims with measurement and speak the language of the job — decisions, focus, productivity — while also selling to the company, not just the person.
Three competitor buckets serve the executive buyer — and our page competes against all three at once.
| Program | Bucket | How they speak to the leader |
|---|---|---|
| SHA — Leader's Health & Performance | Medical longevity | "improve the physical health and mental performance of people in leadership positions"; cognitive testing + neurofeedback |
| Lanserhof — Brain Health | Medical longevity | "the longevity clinic where CEOs and billionaires go to reset"; EEG / brain imaging; daily physician |
| Clinique La Prairie | Longevity clinic | "sharpen decision-making," "processing speed," "protect against cognitive fatigue"; biological-age testing |
| Six Senses — RoseBar / Vana | Resort longevity | "the unsustainable cost of high-performance cultures"; recovery → "sharper judgment and decision-making" |
| Mayo Clinic Executive Health | Executive health | Executive Brain Health: "fMRI… enhance memory, focus, and decision-making… workplace efficiency" |
| Cleveland Clinic Executive Health | Executive health | "Your company depends on a healthy workforce to stay productive"; coaching bundled into the exam |
| Paracelsus Recovery | Luxury burnout | "C-Suite executives… particularly vulnerable"; "keep your phone… keep working"; total confidentiality |
| Combe Grove closest comp | Reset retreat (UK) | "Resetting Your Health Starts Here"; "sharper focus," "feeling like yourself again"; 3-day tier |
| VIVAMAYR | Medical detox | Executive detox clientele; Mayr medicine |
Two things stand out versus the wellness market:
But note: no one cleanly owns the "still-functioning, pre-clinical, accessible 3-day reset for leaders" position. The medical clinics start at five figures and weeks; the recovery clinics treat people already broken. Our wedge is real — it just needs sharper, more performance-coded proof.
| Pattern | Who does it | Us |
|---|---|---|
| B2B / corporate-benefit track "1,200+ companies," corporate enrolment, billing & eligibility | Mayo, Cleveland Clinic, SHA (corporate) | Missing individual buyer only |
| ROI / cost-of-inaction framing "your company depends on a healthy workforce"; cost of a degraded decision-maker | Cleveland, SHA, Six Senses | Missing personal recognition only |
| Measurable outcomes neurocognitive tests, fMRI, HRV, biomarkers, re-test at follow-up | Mayo, SHA, Lanserhof, CLP, RoseBar, Combe Grove | Missing |
| Performance-coded language "decision-making," "focus," "judgment," "productivity" | All of them | Softer "clarity / precision / patience" |
| Confidentiality / "keep working" privacy, NDAs, private wings, "we won't take your phone" | Paracelsus, Lanserhof | Implicit in FAQ, not foregrounded |
| Named medical / expert team "Dr. med." physicians, 55+ doctors, sleep specialists | SHA, Lanserhof, CLP, Mayo, Cleveland | Missing founder bio only |
| Scale / authority stats "5,000 executives/yr," "100,000 guests," "since 1931" | Mayo, Cleveland, SHA, CLP | Missing |
| Program / duration ladder 1→14 day tiers; day → multi-day → membership | SHA, RoseBar, CLP, Combe Grove | One SKU fixed 3-day |
Five on-brand actions, in priority order — without turning the Executive Reset into a medical clinic.
Add a "Bring the Reset to your leadership team" track — a company-paid or board-offsite option with a private inquiry route. Mayo's "1,200+ companies" and Cleveland's corporate enrolment prove the demand. Largest unclaimed lever for us.
Frame the price of a depleted decision-maker — degraded judgment, slower decisions, team drag — alongside the personal recognition copy. Borrow the category's data (e.g. "majority of senior leaders say burnout affects their decisions"). Makes the spend feel like risk management, not indulgence.
Lean the copy toward "decision-making, focus, judgment" (the job), and add a simple before/after — a short validated cognitive/stress self-assessment or HRV on Day 1 vs Day 3. Turns the cognitive-recovery claim from asserted to demonstrated.
Make confidentiality and "you can stay reachable / keep working lightly" explicit selling features near the top — a known purchase driver for senior leaders. We already touch this in the FAQ; elevate it.
Awards/press & review credibility strip, a named & branded method, and a "led by" block leaning Wuth's authority — the same proof upgrades recommended in the Wellness report apply here.
Positioning pulled from each program's live site and corporate pages in June 2026 (some clinic detail via authorised resellers / trade press where first-party pages blocked automated access).
