What this policy covers
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser technologies used on the MonPanaNont program and stay pages. Visitors in Europe are asked to accept all, reject all, or choose Analytics and Advertising separately before optional technologies load. For visitors outside Europe, analytics and advertising technologies load when the page opens.
Your choices
For visitors in Europe, rejecting optional technologies does not prevent you from reading the site or sending an enquiry. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can respect it on later visits, and you can change or withdraw it at any time.

Consent signals
For visitors in Europe, Google receives separate analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization choices. We use basic consent mode there: Google tags are not requested before the relevant permission. Clarity receives the corresponding analytics consent signal after it loads, and Meta is not requested unless Advertising is accepted.
Typical identifiers
Provider cookie names and lifetimes can change as providers update their services. Common identifiers may include Google Analytics _ga and _ga_*, Clarity _clck and _clsk, Meta _fbp, and advertising click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid carried in a landing-page URL. For visitors in Europe, the consent record is stored as mpn_consent_v2.
International processing and retention
These providers may process information outside Thailand, the UK or the EEA under their contractual safeguards. Analytics and advertising data retention is controlled in each provider account. Enquiry attribution is retained with the enquiry record as described in our Privacy Policy.
Browser controls and contact
You can also delete or block storage in your browser. For visitors in Europe, deleting the consent record may cause the privacy banner to appear again.
